The essential application utilizes multiple BriskHeat products to create and maintain a consistent flow. The application starts with a safe-to-touch Wet-Area Drum Heaters or an IBC Heater which then flows into a Silicone Rubber Heating Tape that will wrap around the pipes. As well, the liquids will flow back into another IBC/TOTE Heater.
The main requirements for this application are:
- It is safe to touch the heater on the hopper, piping near the hopper and drum since workers come into close contact with it all the time.
- Moisture resistance with at least IP 54 rating – this is mostly due to the moisture found in the environment.
- The appearance of the heaters is aesthetically pleasing since the area is highly visible for visitors.
