File your tax exempt form

1. Using the form to the right, submit your tax exemption form. If you already have an online account, skip step 2.
2. Create an account on BriskHeat.com, this will allow us to connect your account to your form and mark you as tax exempt.
3. Allow 2 business days for us to process and confirm your tax-exempt status.

Note: If you place an order on the same day you submit your tax form, you will be charged tax initially. If your tax exempt form is confirmed, rest assured, we will credit this amount back to you at a later date.
