BriskHeat BWH Series High-Wattage Heavy-Insulated Heating Tapes deliver dense, rapid-response surface heating for high-temperature laboratory apparatus, heavy-wall piping, valves, and demanding industrial processes. Built with a multi-stranded resistance wire insulated by a extra-thick Samox fiberglass outer sheath, these high-wattage tapes provide higher power densities while conforming tightly to irregular geometries. They deliver direct, uniform heat transfer for applications that require fast ramp rates and high thermal output in tight spatial configurations.
Note: Temperature controller is required for safe operation of this product.
- High-Wattage Power Density: Engineered to deliver localized heat for high-temperature demands, rapid heat-up cycles, and heavy-duty industrial or research heating applications.
- Universal Surface Compatibility: Heavy-duty Samox fiberglass insulation provides complete electrical isolation, making the tape safe for direct contact with both laboratory glassware and electrically conductive metal surfaces.
- Integrated Installation Kit: Comes equipped with 9-inch (230 mm) high-temperature tie-downs for fast, secure attachment around intricate fittings, valves, and narrow pipe runs.
