The GIT–1 Gutter Ice Sensor provides a reliable, automatic deicing solution for gutters and downspouts. Designed for use with APS-3C or APS-4C control panels, this sensor system ensures heaters operate only when moisture is detected at temperatures below 38°F (3.3°C), significantly reducing energy consumption.

By mounting directly in the gutter or downspout, the GIT–1 senses actual environmental conditions to ensure high accuracy. Its unique microcontroller design prevents ice bridging and tunneling, ensuring consistent and effective heater operation.
