With a thin, 1/8 inch (3 mm) profile, these heaters provide high-watt density and rapid heat up times, making them ideal for platens, dies, molds, and process machinery.
Engineered for durability, our mica heaters utilize a high-temperature galvanized sheath to resist oxidation, while premium-grade mica insulation ensures superior electrical isolation and corrosion resistance. For extreme environments, an optional stainless steel sheath extends the operating temperature range from 900F (482C) to 1200F (649C).
