BriskHeat custom mica strip heaters provide rugged, low-profile thermal performance engineered for high-temperature industrial applications where space is constrained. Featuring a slim 0.125 in (3 mm) cross-sectional profile, these heaters deliver high-watt density power output & exceptionally rapid heat-up times. They are an ideal choice for heating platens, dies, molds, & precision process machinery.

Engineered for long-term field durability, our standard mica heaters utilize a high-temperature galvanized steel sheath to resist oxidation, while premium-grade mica insulation ensures superior electrical isolation & thermal stability. For extreme environments, an optional stainless steel sheath extends the maximum operating temperature capability from 900°F (482°C) up to 1200°F (649°C).

• Dimensional Flexibility: Available in custom lengths ranging from 2.5 in (63.5 mm) to 48 in (1219 mm), with widths starting as narrow as 0.75 in (19 mm) to fit narrow channels.
• Versatile Mounting: Configurable with weld-on barrel nuts, spring-loaded nuts, full straps, wedges, or pre-drilled flanges to ensure maximum physical contact with your mounting surface.
