BriskHeat BWO Series High-Temperature Insulated Heating Tapes deliver rapid, localized surface heat engineered for laboratory apparatus, gas lines, valves, temporary process heating, and more. Constructed with a multi-stranded resistance wire insulated by a heavy-duty Samox fiberglass outer sheath, these high-flexibility tapes conform tightly to glass vessels and non-conductive surfaces to maximize heat transfer.
Note: Temperature controller is required for safe operation of this product.
- High-Temperature Operational Limits: Supports maximum operating temperatures up to 572°F (300°C) for removable, reusable installations and up to 932°F (500°C) for single-use applications.
- Glass & Non-Conductive Surface Compatibility: Specifically engineered for safe, direct contact with laboratory glassware, ceramic vessels, and non-electrically conductive equipment.
- Simplified Wrap-and-Tie Mounting: Includes integrated 9-inch (230 mm) high-temperature tie-downs for fast, secure attachment around complex tubing curves and tight clearance zones.
