BriskHeat HWC Series High-Temperature Heating Cords deliver localized, rapid-response surface heating designed specifically for tight clearance areas, narrow gas tubing, valves, and small laboratory vessels. Built with a multi-stranded resistance wire wrapped in a Samox double-braided fiberglass outer sheath, these high-flexibility cords wrap tightly around intricate geometries to maximize heat transfer. They provide a safe, precise heating solution for R&D laboratories, pilot plants, gas line maintenance, and tight-space industrial process lines.
- High-Temperature Performance Capability: Supports maximum exposure temperatures up to 572°F (300°C) for removable, reusable applications, and up to 932°F (500°C) for single-install setups.
- Tight-Clearance Flexibility: Ultra-flexible design wraps easily around small-diameter tubing and tight radii where traditional heating blankets or tapes cannot fit.
- Electrically Conductive Surface Safety: Double-braided fiberglass sheath provides heavy-duty electrical insulation, making the cords safe for direct contact with conductive metal surfaces and laboratory glassware.
