BriskHeat DHLS Series Heavy Duty Mid-Temperature Silicone Rubber Drum and Pail Heaters provide a fast, simple plug-and-play solution for rapid heat-up, viscosity control, and mid-temperature maintenance. Specifically engineered for metal drums and pails, these heavy-duty band heaters feature two extra-thick layers of fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber that wrap securely around the cylinder body. By delivering uniform surface contact, the DHLS series ensures fast thermal transfer to eliminate material buildup, maintain fluid consistency, and prevent product waste.
- Integrated Adjustable Thermostat: Features a simple, built-in temperature control dial that allows operators to quickly tune thermal output directly on the heater - up to 160°F (71°C).
- Metal Drum Specificity: Specially calibrated for metal containers to handle higher watt densities and accelerate process heat-up times safely.
