High Temperature Composite Curing Heating Blankets (FGH & SXH)

Description

BriskHeat SXH High Temperature Composite Curing Blankets are made with a heating element and a 1” (25mm) layer of high-density fiberglass, covered in a Samox Cloth. The SXH are design for use with the newer high temperature thermoplastic and polyamide composite materials.

Highly flexible up to 1” (25mm) radius
Power cord 6-foot (1.8m) long with choice of plug
Compatible with ACR 3 Hot Bonders and your current equipment
Excellent heat uniformity

Multi-stranded heating element is uniformly placed to maximize heat distribution
Abrasion resistant fiberglass cloth

- FGH series: 800°F (427°C)
- SXH series: 1100°F (593°C)

Heater Construction: Heating element and a 1 in (25 mm) layer of high-density fiberglass is covered in an abrasion resistant fiberglass cloth (FGH) or Samox® cloth (SXH series)
Power Cord: 6 feet (1.8m) long with power plug that is compatible with BriskHeat ACR 3 and MiniPRO™ Hot Bonders (NEMA L15-30). Other plug choices are available upon request
Temperature controller and high temperature type J thermocouples required
